Basic pay is important and company rates of pay are competitive. We continually benchmark our jobs against the market place ensuring that basic pay remains attractive to new staff and at the same time, provides good reward for established employees.
A contributory Personal Pension scheme is available to all employees of the company and all eligible jobholders will automatically be enrolled into the scheme. Employees can make additional voluntary contributions in line with the rules of the scheme.

Omexom has a voucher scheme to assist with childcare costs. The scheme works by allowing UK employees to purchase vouchers through payroll, to pay for childcare and these vouchers are exempt from tax and NIC.
Free Online Learning
We offer all staff free online learning via our Learning Heroes online portal. The training covers a range of subjects including Finance, HR, Safety, Project Management, Interpersonal Skills, IT Skills, Customer Service, and more.
